Hungarian Baked Sauerkraut with Pork

Sauerkraut is finely cut raw cabbage that has been fermented by various lactic acid bacteria. In Germany, cooked sauerkraut is often flavored with juniper berries or caraway seeds apples and white wine are added in popular, Sauerkraut, along with pork, is eaten traditionally in Hungary on New Year's Day.
