Creamed String Bean Soup

fresh string green beans, cut into 2 inch pieces

Tbsp

green onions chopped

Tbsp

butter melted

Tbsp

garlic clove, minced

Tbsp

flour

1

quarts

salted water

cups

milk

1

Tbsp

vinegar (optional)

Tbsp

Parsley -- chopped

potatoes, peeled and sliced

Tbsp

sour cream

Salt and black pepper to taste

Wash clean and cut the green beans

Cooked in salted water until tender

Sauté the green onions, garlic in the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat

stirring constantly, until tender. Set aside

Brown flour slightly in butter

Add milk, saluted onion, garlic parsley and potato

7

Bring to a boil and poured over the cooked bean

8

Mix to getter vinegar sour cream and add to the soup

9

Stir well and serve
