goat cheese, at room temperature

cream cheese

unsalted butter, at room temperature

finely chopped minced red onions or fresh chive

caraway seeds

sweet Hungarian paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, beat together cheese and butter until smooth.

Mix in remaining ingredients and refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hour preferably 3 to 4 hours for for bring out the full flavors

When ready serve, the korozott in room temperature before spreading on toasted or untoasted bread, or used instead mayonnaise on a sandwich.

Decorate open face party sandwiches with minced chive
